How reliable is your service?
Letterbox Unlimited do not outsource ANY distribution which means we have full control of where and when distribution takes place. Many online delivery companies simply resell leads and have no control over distribution teams or their reliability which results in poor conversion rates.

How long does a campaign take to start?
We offer 3 different services including same day distribution. Our standard service can activated with a lead time of 3 days with shared campaigns beginning around 7 – 10 days after ordering.
Do you print the material you distribute? We like to focus on distribution but do work with a number of printers who we will be happy to recommend. You are free to use any printing company you like and we can even arrange to collect your order on your behalf.

What’s the minimum order value?
We have a minimum dispatch volume of 1000 flyers. Most of our customers like to plan a targeted distribution campaign which helps reduce costs and increase business.

How targeted can a campaign be?
We use various methods from basic postcode targeting down to exact profiling. We are also happy to work using your existing data should it be part of an in-house system for ROI tracking.
How is payment made?
Non account holders can make payment by cheque, bank transfer or cash before work begins.
